About The Position

This role involves assisting with various operational and customer-facing tasks within the aviation industry. Key responsibilities include monthly reporting, customer support, billing, managing flight schedule changes, coordinating with third-party vendors for ground handling services, and supporting cross-departmental operations. The specialist will also assist with specific administrative tasks related to UPS Peak, such as badging and security training documentation, and will be involved in generating ad-hoc charter quotes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years aviation experience
  • 2 years' experience in flight or regulatory environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat
  • A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret flight schedules
  • Knowledge of airport identifiers

Nice To Haves

  • College degree
  • Experience in Citrix, Ops ++ and Netline
  • Experience in obtaining flight permits and slots

Responsibilities
