About The Position

Foundever is hiring Tech-Savvy and Financial Customer Service Support Associates to support leading brands across voice and digital channels. You’ll resolve account and servicing inquiries, handle specialized requests, and document insights to improve the customer experience. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to multitasking across multiple platforms, and clear written and verbal communication. This role is "On-Site" and requires the candidate to live within commuting range and be able to work at the Orem site.

Requirements

• Must legally be able to work in the US
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check
• Customer service/contact center experience
• Ability to identify, document, and escalate product issues and customer-impacting trends
• Ability to update and follow support documentation and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
• The flexibility to work various full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
