Job Location : 1000 University Center Ln, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday through Thursday with ½ day Friday working from home

Requirements

  • Professional-looking in dress and speak
  • Clerical duties with some hands-on duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working in the Card office handling mail and answering card questions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards
