Miller Environmental Group (MEG) is seeking a Contracts and Customer Support Associate to provide dedicated coverage and management of the company’s 1-800 service line while also supporting the administrative needs of the Contracts team. The 1-800 line is a critical communication channel for service calls and external inquiries, and this position will help ensure consistent responsiveness, proper call routing, and improved customer experience. In addition to service line support, this role will provide administrative assistance to the Contracts team to support departmental organization and operational efficiency. The role is expected to dedicate approximately 30% of time to management of the 1-800 line and service call coordination, with the remaining 70% focused on Contracts team administrative support.
