About The Position

Miller Environmental Group (MEG) is seeking a Contracts and Customer Support Associate to provide dedicated coverage and management of the company’s 1-800 service line while also supporting the administrative needs of the Contracts team. The 1-800 line is a critical communication channel for service calls and external inquiries, and this position will help ensure consistent responsiveness, proper call routing, and improved customer experience. In addition to service line support, this role will provide administrative assistance to the Contracts team to support departmental organization and operational efficiency. The role is expected to dedicate approximately 30% of time to management of the 1-800 line and service call coordination, with the remaining 70% focused on Contracts team administrative support. Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of administrative, contracts, customer service, or office support experience preferred
  • Experience supporting construction, service, operations, or contract administration teams is a plus
  • Experience with bid submittals, vendor compliance, or document management

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route calls from the 1-800 line in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure service calls and inquiries are directed appropriately
  • Maintain responsiveness and communication consistency for incoming calls
  • Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Create and update SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Complete vendor forms, customer setup paperwork, and prequalification requests
  • Assist with bid submittmits, proposal preparation, and project-related administrative support
  • Support additional projects and administrative initiatives as needed
