About The Position

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams by analyzing data, collaborating with Marketing, and recommending process improvements. You will also manage daily customer interactions to ensure a high level of service.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in courses pursuing your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate.

Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries, claims, and customer portals.
Managing sales orders from receipt to delivery.
Serving as the Customer Service representative in Product Life Cycle activities.
Maintaining and auditing supply chain data and reporting tools, including Customer Back Order and Supplier Back Log dashboards, to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Supporting projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
