About The Position

As the founding Customer Success Specialist, you will lead the post-sale journey for youth academies and sports centers. You will design onboarding processes, ensure customer ROI, and act as the primary voice of the customer. This is a high-impact role building the CS function from scratch at a growing NYC startup.

Requirements

  • Background in management, tech, or implementation consulting with a strong desire to transition into a hands-on, early-stage startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with a bias toward action and high empathy for small business operators and educators.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical value propositions into simple, relatable terms for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new youth sports academies to ensure seamless AI integration and rapid value realization.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and retention efforts, translating complex product features into simple, actionable business outcomes for non-technical users.
  • Partner with the product team to provide internal customer feedback, driving the feature roadmap based on real-world usage and academy owner needs.
