About The Position

Ramaker is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support and expand our CIMS software client base, combining customer success with business development to drive long-term growth. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the western United States. The ideal candidate will be located in a western US city, near a major airport and able to travel as needed to support client relationships and industry events. In addition to architecture, engineering, and interior design, Ramaker has another unique product in our Cemetery Information Management System (CIMS). Due to our success and growth, we are seeking an additional experienced professional to continue growing the CIMS software client base. The creation of this role is an integral part of our growth strategy and will manage the complete sales cycle.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in the cemetery or death care industry, SaaS sales, customer success, or account management is highly valued.
  • Highly organized.
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, GIS concepts, and Microsoft tools.
  • Desire to stay current with technology and industry trends.
  • Travel approximately 25% annually and up to 50% monthly during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cemetery managers while demonstrating the value of Ramaker's Cemetery Information Management System (CIMS).
  • Manage the full lifecycle from identifying and engaging prospective clients to conducting tailored product demonstrations and guiding them through proposal development and closing.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure user adoption, satisfaction, and system optimization after implementation.
  • Proactively connect with clients to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Share feedback with internal teams to help enhance the product.
  • Expand the reach and long-term success of the CIMS platform through industry events, trade shows, and networking.
