Ramaker is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support and expand our CIMS software client base, combining customer success with business development to drive long-term growth. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the western United States. The ideal candidate will be located in a western US city, near a major airport and able to travel as needed to support client relationships and industry events.
