About The Position

Firefly is looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in New York. This role is responsible for supporting the full campaign lifecycle — from planning and execution through post-campaign analysis — while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Revenue Operations to deliver seamless client experiences. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced advertising environment. They bring strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a genuine interest in building a foundation across campaign management, client services, and sales strategy. This role is designed for those looking to develop into a future seller, offering hands-on exposure to the full revenue cycle, proposal development, and direct collaboration with Account Executives and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer success, sales support, account management, or similar roles
  • Interest in developing client-facing relationship management and sales support experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales and becoming an Account Executive is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn both operational and client-facing aspects of the business
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, product, and creative teams
  • Understanding of digital and/or out-of-home advertising is a plus
  • Programmatic advertising experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the full campaign lifecycle from planning and contracting through execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales (AEs), and RevOps to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Assist in RFP development, proposal creation, and campaign strategy
  • Provide day-to-day client support while building strong relationship management skills
  • Participate in client meetings and support client communications as needed
  • Support Account Executives on active accounts and assist with sales-related communications when needed
  • Learn and contribute to revenue operations processes, including pipeline tracking, forecasting support, and internal reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute to client-facing insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights internally to improve offerings
