About The Position

Builds and maintains relationships within a defined set of collision shop customers to educate and drive awareness of OEM collision repair certification benefits. Increases customer certification interest and renewals. Manages certification files, paperwork, and conducts audits as needed for compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School diploma or General Education Degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience is required in account management, customer service, or related customer-facing administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with polished communication skills and attention to customer service.
  • Results-oriented work style with good time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to learn complex business processes, and present them in a clear, concise manner.
  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of, or the ability to learn, computerized customer database and/or eBusiness account management tools.
  • Comfortable and confident working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer files from program enrollment to certification.
  • Review OEM certification requirements and debrief customers on shop inspection process.
  • Create and process customer invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate and schedule shop inspection with Collision Consultants.
  • Audit certification files and paperwork for compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Respond to incoming customer questions via phone and email.
  • Process customer certifications.
  • Oversee certification renewal processing for customers nearing the re-certification window.
