About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Leif Johnson Automotive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process. You will provide a high level of customer service, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about current promotions and incentives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales or a related field is an asset
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and incentives
Provide accurate and timely information to customers on financing and leasing options
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and post-sale support
Attend and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
