The Role: We are looking for a highly organized, customer-centric, and results-driven Customer Success Representative to partner closely with our Regional Account Managers to drive retention, renewals, and in-season engagement across an assigned territory. This role is critical to ensuring customers fully operationalize Taranis within their business, clearly understand and realize ROI, and expand their engagement through the Intelligence platform. Success in this role comes from proactive communication, strong follow-through, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide customers through the full seasonal lifecycle — from pre-season alignment to post-season renewal. This position is located in the headquarters office in Westfield, IN and requires periodic travel to customer locations across the Midwest, Great Plains, and Delta South.
