About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, dependable Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to support our growing recruiting team by connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in our career opportunities. You'll be an important part of the candidate experience—making outbound calls, confirming interest, scheduling appointments, following up with candidates, and helping keep our interview pipeline organized and moving forward. This position is performed virtually, allowing you to work from home while staying connected with our recruiting team. You'll use online tools for candidate scheduling, phone communication, email and follow-up, Zoom meetings, calendar management, candidate tracking, recruiting-system updates, and team communication. Training is provided on the systems and processes you'll use. Enjoy the convenience of remote work while maintaining the consistency necessary to reach candidates and support the recruiting team. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys independent work, clear expectations, measurable goals, and the flexibility of working from home. We'll help you learn our recruiting and appointment-setting process. Training may include phone scripts and conversation flow, candidate outreach procedures, appointment scheduling, Calendly and calendar management, candidate follow-up strategies, professional phone communication, CRM and recruiting-system training, appointment confirmations, no-show follow-up, call tracking and documentation, and productivity and time-management strategies. You'll also receive ongoing coaching and support as you become comfortable with the role. For individuals interested in developing professionally, this role can provide valuable experience in Phone Booking → Candidate Coordination → Recruiting Support → Recruiting → Team Leadership. Growth opportunities may be available based on performance, reliability, consistency, skill development, and business needs. Every appointment you schedule has an impact. You're helping prospective candidates move from simply submitting an application to actually connecting with our hiring team and exploring a potential new career opportunity. You'll become part of a supportive, growth-focused environment where your ability to communicate, organize, follow up, and create a positive candidate experience directly contributes to the team's success. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. American Income Life / Globe Life is committed to providing equal opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
