Requirements

  • Some experience or exposure to customer service, support, or any client-facing role (internships, part-time work, or volunteer experience all count!).
  • Good typing skills (or a commitment to enhance speed and accuracy).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools.
  • A knack for organization and time management, even in busy environments.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, empathetic, and helpful responses to customer inquiries through channels like email and live chat.
  • Support customers by explaining core features and helping them get the most out of our platform.
  • Collect valuable feedback during interactions and share insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Learn and apply best practices for customer engagement while building your expertise in the platform.
