Launch your career in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) as a Customer Success Representative I (CSR-I). In this foundational role, you will provide the critical, reactive assistance that drives our users' daily productivity. By managing a fast-paced, high-volume queue to resolve technical and billing issues across all customer segments, you will learn the inner workings of a healthcare clearinghouse from the ground up. We view this role as an incubator for our future RCM experts; you will gain the hands-on experience and industry knowledge needed to advance into Specialist, Strategist, or Management positions as you build a rewarding career in healthcare IT.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, especially in the healthcare or software industries

Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 Support: Manage the incoming support queue with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Issue Triage: Efficiently resolve common issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate Customer Success Specialist or Strategist.
  • Documentation: Maintain the customer-facing Help Center and FAQ database.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring user pain points and report them to the Associate Customer Success Manager to improve system configurations.
