About The Position

Bob Weaver Auto is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Sales & Service Departments. This role serves as one of the first points of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing administrative and operational support to the dealership team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide a welcoming and positive first impression of Bob Weaver Auto.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Assist customers with general questions and provide timely follow-up when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly reception and waiting area.
  • Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming appointments.
  • Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes.
  • Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  • Process payments and cashiering transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate rental vehicles, loaner vehicles, and transportation needs as assigned.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain service documents and invoices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls and perform outbound calls for appointment scheduling, follow-up, retention, and customer support.
  • Assist in maintaining daily reports and records.
  • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support dealership events and special projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
