Requirements

- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and multi-line phone systems
- Team player with a strong work ethic and “all hands-on deck” mindset
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Experience in manufacturing or order processing environments
- Familiarity with ERP software such as Global Shop Solutions
- Knowledge of cabinetry, laminates, melamine, or building materials is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Support our Customer Service and Order Processing teams with daily administrative tasks
- Enter and process orders using our ERP system
- Provide customers with order updates and tracking information
- Pull, organize, and ship product samples
- Maintain and organize the sample room
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other office support tasks
- Learn our products, materials, finishes, and color offerings
- Help create a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish
