About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding. We have a revolutionary product that can change people's lives by helping them get back their time, automate their business, grow revenue, and make more money - however - they need to configure their automation in order to unlock those benefits. You'll make sure every single person does. We want someone smart, proactive, and highly detail-oriented who can get customers fully set up on the right automated workflow as fast as possible. Your job is to make sure new customers actually get value from the product. That means getting them onboarded quickly, catching issues early, helping them implement automations, improving retention, and making sure they trust us enough to come to us with problems before churning. You should also be constantly thinking about how we can improve onboarding, improve the product, automate more internally, and build better systems as we scale.

Requirements

  • You love talking to and helping people.
  • Strong communicator on calls, email, and video
  • You're an extremely high agency, high ownership problem solver
  • You have experience running or operating a real estate media business
  • You think in systems and how things can be more efficient over time

Nice To Haves

  • You have owned, operated, or worked at a real estate photography business.
  • Have experience in SaaS, onboarding, customer success, operations, or automation-heavy products
  • Have experience building online communities
  • Have experience using AI tools or vibe coding to create systems or automations.
