About The Position

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the independent management of a customer portfolio, providing support throughout customer projects, and onboarding new customers. This role involves building trusting customer relationships, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls, and collaborating closely with the Marketing/Sales team. The position requires identifying optimization potential through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage, maintaining regular communication to strengthen customer loyalty, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a completed degree or comparable qualifications.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong feel for language.
  • Excellent command of English (at least C1 level, with experience in a business context) in spoken and written form.
  • Service-oriented, confident in presentations and have a self-assured, competent manner.
  • Goal- and results-oriented as well as responsible way of working.
  • High degree of initiative, resilience and flexibility.
  • Open-minded, empathetic and a quick learner.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and CRM as well as ticketing systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of German is welcome but not required.
  • A strong familiarity with the UK market and its cultural context is an advantage.
  • Team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves.
  • Desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities
