Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, marketplace operations, consulting, or finance
  • Experience thriving in high-volume, call-heavy, customer-facing environments
  • Strong academic or early career track record with proven high performance
  • High ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for key relationships
