About The Position

Authenticom is a leader in secure, vendor‑neutral data movement for the automotive industry—trusted by OEMs, vendors, and over 12,500 dealerships nationwide. We empower our partners with transparency, control, and reliable data delivery through platforms like DealerVault and Record Recharge. We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who blends strategic account management, revenue ownership, and technical program oversight. This role is perfect for someone who loves building long‑term partnerships, influencing product direction, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Management or Sales required
  • Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing, account management, or a related professional role
  • Equivalent combinations of experience and training will be considered
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and business requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Must prove eligibility to work in the United States or Canada (no Visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue quotas through effective sales strategies and execution
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize account growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors
  • Penetrate existing accounts to minimize churn and drive profitable expansion
  • Serve as the lead liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet SLAs
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and implementation of new vendor/OEM partnerships and programs
  • Manage special customer requests, including product enhancements, contract updates, and new solution launches
  • Monitor product usage trends and proactively engage customers showing signs of decline
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, performance, and future initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance on product enhancements and communicate technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to elevate customer experience
  • Track and analyze key account metrics; maintain accurate CRM documentation and client profiles
  • Ensure all major project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements
  • Travel as needed to pitch, close, and expand business
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking circuits to strengthen partnerships
  • Promote cross‑departmental collaboration to improve internal efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
