About The Position

Mast Trucking is hiring a strategic account manager to serve and grow key accounts. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
  • 1–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or account management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Own the day-to-day relationship and performance of assigned accounts ensuring communication is clear, direct, and proactive
  • Solve problems quickly and fairly when challenges arise
  • Partner closely with load planners and driver managers to keep freight moving smoothly
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, increase freight volume and add value
  • Make strategic decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience
  • Manage yourself independently, taking ownership of results without needing hand-holding
