Customer Success Manager (North America - Remote)

Hospitable
•$66,385 - $98,379•Remote

About The Position

Hospitable.com is hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to help short-term rental customers build successful businesses while driving revenue growth for the company. This is a proactive, commercially focused role measured primarily by the ability to meet or exceed a revenue quota, rather than one centered mainly on answering questions or preventing churn. The company is remote-only and distributed; the position is open internationally, with North American time zones considered an ideal fit. The role owns quarterly revenue targets and involves identifying expansion opportunities among existing customers, including subscription upgrades, annual conversions, feature adoption, and additional products and services. The Customer Success Manager consults with customers about their business goals, engages them proactively, and connects Hospitable’s product capabilities to business outcomes. Relevant tools include Direct Booking, Dynamic Pricing, and Upsells. The role also leads individual consultations, group workshops, and product demonstrations; manages high-value accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing conversations; and owns pipeline development, CRM records, follow-up, forecasting, and performance. The successful candidate collaborates with product and support teams, brings customer feedback to those teams, and is accountable for revenue results while receiving support, tools, and coaching.

  • Consultative approach: ability to ask thoughtful questions, understand business challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivation, organization, proactivity, and accountability for managing time, results, and performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer conversations, presentations, email, video calls, and explaining complex products clearly.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and performance data to guide daily activities.
  • Technical curiosity and comfort learning software, exploring features, and demonstrating and explaining technology.
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and try new approaches.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams while remaining accountable for individual goals.
