You’ll have the unique opportunity to act as a strategic consultant for Executive and C-Level teams, turning complex business challenges into success stories and shaping the future of global supply chains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account management, or client services with direct accountability for retention and growth.
  • Exceptional consultative and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with Executive and C-Level teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and document complex client strategies with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce to manage customer data and internal collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry-recognized Customer Success certification.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango.
  • Practical understanding of transportation and logistics best practices.
  • Formal project management experience or data modeling/predictive analytics skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish proactive relationships with key stakeholders to align their business outcomes with Trimble’s innovative technology suite.
  • Deliver high-impact communication strategies that turn customers into evangelists and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and lead internal cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate risks and ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure every client has a clear, guided path toward achieving their unique operational goals.
