Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing or operational roles at tech startups (Seed–Series B preferred)
  • Experience in highly operational, clinician-focused environments
  • Healthcare startup background strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and Canva (or rapid adaptability)
  • Fast learner with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, empathetic communicator skilled at building clinician trust
