Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account growth.
  • Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth.
  • Resonate with Synera's Core Values.
  • Residency in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams (AI, Academy, and Technical Experts).
  • Build and expand long-term enterprise relationships, driving adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Executives on the West Coast, as well as Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, collaborating closely with colleagues in Germany to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value.
