About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our small to mid‑market customers. In this role, you’ll drive product adoption, lead regular customer check‑ins and QBRs, and manage renewals while ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes with IntelliSPEC. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple accounts, solving problems, and translating customer needs into value.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of total professional experience
  • At least 1 year in SaaS, customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort using data and dashboards to guide customer conversations
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Customer Success tools (CRM, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Familiarity with inspection, maintenance, safety, or industrial workflows
  • Customer Success or negotiation/presentation training

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid‑market customer accounts
  • Drive adoption and engagement across key IntelliSPEC modules
  • Lead recurring customer meetings, trainings, and QBRs
  • Own renewals within standard guidelines
  • Identify simple expansion opportunities (users, sites, modules)
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage risks
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Development to resolve issues and escalate feedback
