As the LiveU Customer Success Manager, you will fully develop the relationship with our top Pro-AV market accounts, working alongside our channel partners. Your responsibilities will span the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to continued support and renewals. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a long-term strategic plan for scale clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and attention. Additionally, you will collaborate with other LiveU teams to relay customer feedback and identify growth opportunities.
