About The Position

LiveU is the world's leading provider of live IP video solutions, with patented cellular bonding technology used by top broadcasters and sports organizations. LiveU offers a complete range of portable devices for live video coverage, along with cloud-based management, production, and distribution solutions. As the LiveU Customer Success Manager, you will fully develop the relationship with our top Pro-AV market accounts, working alongside our channel partners. Your responsibilities will span the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to continued support and renewals. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a long-term strategic plan for scale clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and attention. Additionally, you will collaborate with other LiveU teams to relay customer feedback and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, managing Pro AV market customers and channel partners
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Problem-solver, resourceful, and independent.
  • B2B SaaS background is strongly preferred.
  • Pro AV experience is preferred.
  • Superb writing and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in a highly quantitative field.

Responsibilities

  • Renew all the clients in your book of business.
  • Create and implement a scale client engagement strategy.
  • Provide sales support with all assigned accounts
  • Work with the clients to identify and close upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with other teams at LiveU to surface customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases in the CRM system.
  • Maintain Data Integrity related to the customer contact database
  • Participate in client meetings and demonstrate product features and capabilities.
  • Discover and close new business opportunities in the assigned account list
  • Pipeline health and forecast accuracy
