About The Position

Invoice Butler is an AI-powered AR automation platform helping B2B companies get paid faster without hiring more headcount. We: Manage collections for the fastest growing companies end-to-end Run AR inboxes Handle supplier portal uploads (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) Parse remittances Escalate disputes Drive real cash movement We’re growing rapidly and demand is outpacing our ability to support customers. This is a chance to get in at the ground level of a business that’s scaling fast and help build the Customer Success engine from scratch. You will own a book of customers and be directly responsible for: 6. 90-day ROI delivery 7. Retention 8. Expansion 9. Preventing churn before it happens You are not here to “check in.” You are here to drive results. What You’ll Actually Do: 1️⃣ Close the Second Sale (Post-Sale) Every customer has a 90-day success window. You will: Define hard success metrics (cash collected, DSO movement, hours saved) Run a structured onboarding plan (week 2 / 4 / 8 / 12 gates) Ask uncomfortable questions early: “If renewal were today, would you renew?” If something is off, you will not wait until month 3 to find out. 2️⃣ Run Accounts Like a Revenue Owner 3️⃣ Expand Accounts 4️⃣ Push Internally You will work closely with: Operations (execution team) Engineering (automation + product) Founder (strategic accounts) If something is blocking customer success, you escalate and get it solved. You are not passive. Who We’re Looking For You likely: Have 3–8 years of experience Have been an SDR or AE and enjoy owning outcomes Or have operated in RevOps / Finance Ops and think commercially Prefer depth + impact over quota grind You are: Competitive Analytical Direct Comfortable with intensity Comfortable being uncomfortable Obsessed with execution You are NOT: A “smile and wave” relationship manager Someone who needs heavy structure handed to you Someone who hides from difficult conversations Why Join Now? 1. You’ll build something that matters — helping finance teams finally automate the most painful part of their work. Compensation Base range is listed. You'll get significant equity in the business as well as be able to be in person with our team in our offices in New York.
