About The Position

You own customer outcomes for services sellers — onboarding, adoption, health, and making sure they actually make money on Whop. You are not a ticket queue and you are not pure quota theater. This is not a pure AE / President's Club bar. We hire outcomes and adoption specialists: Operator fluent in services / 3PL / industrial / field-service motion who has lived the customer pain, OR Top CSM / founding CS who owned onboarding + health with a fixer + relationship mindset, OR Technical-enough CSM: you understand APIs and integrations well enough to recommend solutions and unblock without needing to be the FDE who ships. If you hide behind tickets, this isn't your role. Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as fck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders. If you're an end-to-end individual that wants full ownership — this is the place to be. We don't believe in traditional JDs. The most successful people at Whop have all come from extremely unconventional backgrounds, and all we care about is working with the most talented individuals who want to win. Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class base + OTE with extremely competitive equity packages.

Requirements

Operator fluent in services / 3PL / industrial / field-service motion who has lived the customer pain
Top CSM / founding CS who owned onboarding + health with a fixer + relationship mindset
Technical-enough CSM: understand APIs and integrations well enough to recommend solutions and unblock without needing to be the FDE who ships
Must be an end-to-end individual that wants full ownership
