Customer Success Manager, Scale

As a Customer Success Manager at Nightfall, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving product adoption, and advising on integrations to ensure customer success with the Nightfall platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be at the forefront of the data security industry and work closely with customers in a fast-growing startup. You will play a pivotal role in helping customers realize the full value of the Nightfall platform, driving expansion revenue, and managing renewals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to become an expert on the Nightfall platform and stay up-to-date with industry trends in data security.

• Manage customers under $10k ARR and ensure customers realize the full value of the Nightfall platform
• Own the customer support channel; help respond to tickets and triage and escalate bugs to Product and Engineering
• Drive product adoption and ongoing use of Nightfall to grow accounts, while delivering and maintaining customer happiness
• Develop and deliver a roadmap to success, advising customers to reach business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive expansion revenue and manage renewals
• Engage with business leaders to thoughtfully help them identify upsell opportunities to expand Nightfall’s footprint and depth of engagement
• Communicate enhancement opportunities & product feedback across engineering, product, sales & marketing
• Become an expert on the Nightfall platform and our integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in data security

• 2-3 years of account management or customer success experience in SaaS startup settings
• Prioritization of customer experience and focus on customer happiness and retention
• Ability to understand customers' business goals, anticipate future needs, and identify solutions
• Team player with high integrity and flexibility as the team scales
• Proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts
• Strong business acumen and interest in machine learning and information security
• Aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts to varying audiences
• Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions even when all the answers are not available
