Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Customer Success Lead with a drive to ensure we provide outstanding service to our customers and are fairly compensated for our services. The candidate needs to be a great communicator and self directed. This postion will require a strong financial analysis background and experience with contracts, budgets, projects, forcasting and reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker and problem solver. The Customer Success Lead role is responsible for day-to-day customer care and internal and external reporting. Coordination with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Integrity, ROW, FP&A and the Customer is crucial in this role.
