About The Position

The Customer Success Summer Internship is an onsite, temporary (~8 weeks) role, supporting the Customer Success team in keeping our fleet of semiconductor tools working. This project will streamline the field service process by making it easy to generate the information needed by our field teams.

Requirements

  • Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or computer science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems to track features and bugs

Responsibilities

  • Learn the theory and operation of a semiconductor metrology tool
  • Gain an understanding of the subsystems of the tools and their functions
  • Use AI tools to generate automated histories of the tools from data within our customer issue ticketing and tracking system.
  • Analyze tool histories and usage to optimize service intervals for key components
  • Assist with other small projects around the team
