About The Position

SuccessKPI is looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success team in helping customers achieve maximum value from their investment in the SuccessKPI platform. This role will provide hands-on experience working with customer programs, success planning, platform adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning how SaaS customer success teams help drive adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Interest in Customer Success, SaaS, and customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks proactively and work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to help customers overcome hurdles
  • Desire to learn and grow skills in customer engagement, success planning, and SaaS operations

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.)
  • Interest in contact center technology and customer experience analytics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or project coordination
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, support tools, or CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Managers in managing customer relationships and ongoing engagement
  • Assist with building Customer Success Plans, including customer goals, milestones, and adoption strategies
  • Help track customer progress against key success metrics and KPIs
  • Participate in customer meetings and internal account team discussions (as appropriate)
  • Help prepare materials for recurring customer cadence meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly check-ins)
  • Support customer adoption efforts by helping identify new ways customers can use SuccessKPI across teams
  • Assist in documenting customer feedback, product requests, and escalation needs for internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education
  • Support workshops and enablement sessions by helping organize content and follow-up actions
  • Maintain and build knowledge of the SuccessKPI platform, new features, and best practices
