Our Customer Success Renewals team plays a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and execution of timely renewal plans and managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing, MIS or related field; not graduating prior to December 2026
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of software development, a strong interest in software technologies, and familiarity with SAS tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support renewal negotiations to optimize contract terms while maintaining customer trust.
  • Assist in driving the renewals process and ensuring timely contract execution.
  • Help prepare and present renewal proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear renewal strategies based on data insights.
  • Help manage renewal forecasts and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and support process improvements.
