About The Position

At Atender, we are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote-first position. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on identifying customer needs and building solutions quickly. You will be involved in real customer meetings, pinpointing obstacles, and then developing fixes, which may include configurations, custom support tools, or API scripts. This role is crucial for reducing the time it takes to resolve customer issues from weeks to hours. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap, and you will participate in decisions about future product releases. You should be proficient in using AI-native tools to ship solutions rapidly and independently. The ability to conduct customer calls, understand underlying issues, and code solutions on the same day is essential. While the role is remote-first, allowing you to work from any location, there will be a requirement to travel periodically to meet the team in person.
