About The Position

As a Customer Success Engineer, you help customers realize measurable value from GitLab after the sale by providing technical product expertise and best-practice guidance. You work on the Customer Success Engineer team delivering GitLab's On-Demand Success Tier through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements. The role follows a pooled support model rather than assigning you to a dedicated set of accounts. You collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Renewals Managers to support customer implementation, architecture, and adoption of GitLab workflows, including source code management, continuous integration and delivery, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning. You report to the Customer Success Engineer Team Manager. First-year outcomes include building trusted-advisor relationships, enabling successful implementations, and creating reusable workshops and technical content to help customers adopt GitLab at scale. The team is globally distributed, works asynchronously, and stays aligned through clear documentation and shared enablement assets. It continually improves content and delivery based on customer engagement learnings. The position is remote, with location eligibility limited to the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
