The company has a strong existing customer base across North America and the UK, with accelerating customer growth. This role reports to the new Head of Customer Outcomes and is part of a growing team of Customer Success Engineers (CSEs). The CSE owns customer relationships from go-live through expansion, working directly with nuclear engineers, IT teams, and plant operators. Success is measured by customers achieving their desired outcomes.
