Customer Success Engineer

Nuclearn
$95,000 - $115,000Remote

About The Position

Nuclearn brings modern AI to the nuclear power industry, focusing on improving the safety and efficiency of operations. The company develops AI software tailored for nuclear operations, aiming to assist engineers and operators by streamlining procedures, regulatory documentation, and engineering reviews. Nuclearn is experiencing significant growth as nuclear power gains prominence for clean energy, and the company seeks to partner with utilities to enhance operational speed and scalability. They challenge the notion that safety-first industries must be slow, emphasizing teamwork, efficiency, and customer success. The Customer Success Engineer role involves deploying Nuclearn's AI software within nuclear plants. This technical and customer-facing position requires installing and configuring the platform on customer infrastructure, often in air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting integrations, ensuring customer workflows are supported, and delivering promised outcomes. The company has a strong existing customer base across North America and the UK, with accelerating customer growth. This role reports to the new Head of Customer Outcomes and is part of a growing team of Customer Success Engineers (CSEs). The CSE owns customer relationships from go-live through expansion, working directly with nuclear engineers, IT teams, and plant operators. Success is measured by customers achieving their desired outcomes.
