As our Customer Success Engineer (CSE), you hold the keys to our customer health. You will act as the technical bridge between our clients' engineering teams and our internal development squad. You will become a certified "Super User" of ProTreat® and SulphurPro®. You will apply your Chemical Engineering foundation not just to standard petroleum refining, but to the cutting-edge future of energy—including complex carbon capture initiatives in the refining sector and our highly anticipated commercial expansion into the pharmaceuticals market. Your mission is simple: Drive software use by our customers, ensure engineering success, and protect OGT’s license renewal rate.
