Fieldguide is seeking a Customer Success Engineer, Audit, to own the adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for their audit customers. This is a hands-on role for individuals with prior audit practitioner experience or expertise in audit transformation. The role involves working directly within the Fieldguide platform to help audit teams execute audits more efficiently, consistently, and with higher quality. Success is measured by end-user adoption, workflow maturity, and measurable outcomes, not by meeting volume. The Customer Success Engineer will act as a trusted audit practitioner and advisor, guiding customers toward best practices and modernizing audit delivery. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams is key to ensuring customers achieve business impact and to feeding practitioner insights back into product development.
