The Customer Success Data Specialist will support Kadince customers through historical data imports, ongoing data updates, Catch URLs, API, and Data Tools training. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with empathy, who is not afraid of change, is a self-starter, and is open to feedback and accountability. A desire to continually improve listening and teaching skills is also important, as the company offers opportunities for professional development.
