About The Position

Kadince is a fully remote (must live in the USA) software company founded in 2013. We build tools to help compliance and marketing professionals at financial institutions do their jobs more efficiently. Kadince has been profitable for several years and is bootstrapped, meaning it is not beholden to investors. The company is growing quickly, and to maintain its dedication to providing customers with the best experience possible, it is expanding its Customer team. The Customer Success Data Specialist will support Kadince customers through historical data imports, ongoing data updates, Catch URLs, API, and Data Tools training. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with empathy, who is not afraid of change, is a self-starter, and is open to feedback and accountability. A desire to continually improve listening and teaching skills is also important, as the company offers opportunities for professional development. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working with data
  • Ideally, experience in the financial services industry
  • Proactive problem-solver

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 100% of customer data imports, ensuring clear scope, documentation, and notes in Salesforce.
  • Import customer data, such as investment, loan, and service hour data for large banks, or volunteer hours and donation history for smaller institutions.
  • Keep all data-related resources and articles up-to-date, ensuring clear explanations and easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Plan and present Customer team training on best data import practices.
  • Meet with new Kadince customers to walk them through data imports.
  • Work with leaders to review goals/KPIs and progress.
  • Meet regularly with Customer and Development teams to learn, keep projects on track, and ensure goals/KPIs are met.
  • Work regularly with bank and credit union professionals around the country.
  • Work around the schedules of other team members and customers to ensure goals stay on track.
