About The Position

DMR Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to act as a central point of coordination between customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, organization, and ensuring customer success. It offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop skills in project management, account management, operations, or sales leadership within a rapidly growing drone manufacturing company.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience is a plus
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is helpful but not required
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer onboarding after the sale
Schedule training, deliveries, and customer meetings
Keep customers informed throughout their project
Answer Tier 1 customer questions and route technical issues to the appropriate team
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations, and Service
Track customer projects to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and parts coordination
Help prepare quotes, documentation, and customer materials
Support dealer partners and internal teams as needed
