Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer onboarding after the sale
Schedule training, deliveries, and customer meetings
Keep customers informed throughout their project
Answer Tier 1 customer questions and route technical issues to the appropriate team
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations, and Service
Track customer projects to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and parts coordination
Help prepare quotes, documentation, and customer materials
Support dealer partners and internal teams as needed
