About The Position

The Customer Success Coordinator is an early-career role supporting the post-sale customer journey across adoption, utilization, market expansion, account health, and retention. The role does not have a permanent book of business; instead, it provides flexible capacity across the Customer Success organization during leaves of absence, high-volume administrative cycles, proactive account reviews, data-hygiene initiatives, and targeted at-risk customer activities. The Coordinator works with Lead CSMs, Regional Managers, and cross-functional partners to learn the business, strengthen operational discipline, and help ensure customers receive consistent, proactive, value-driven support. The position supports customer data curation, reporting and account insights, account planning, Success Plan and Executive Business Review preparation, and follow-up on retention plans and Success Plays. It also provides temporary coverage to regional teams when capacity gaps arise and offers coaching in preparation for future book-of-business ownership. The position is remote/field, requires residence in the Central or Mountain time zone, and involves 25%–50% travel.
