About The Position

As a customer-facing representative, you will help new and existing customers successfully adopt, use, and expand their use of CaseMap. You will guide customers through onboarding, deliver product training, and support ongoing engagement to drive long-term value and satisfaction. LexisNexis Legal & Professional® provides legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics that help customers increase their productivity, improve decision-making, achieve better outcomes, and advance the rule of law around the world. As a digital pioneer, the company was the first to bring legal and business information online with its Lexis® and Nexis® services.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing or client success role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly explain technology concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
  • Experience working with legal professionals, IT teams, or similar stakeholders
  • Motivated by helping customers achieve measurable outcomes
  • Ability to identify customer needs and contribute to growth opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding and initial product adoption
  • Support customer trials and ensure a positive first-use experience
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions tailored to user needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers including paralegals, IT professionals, and litigators
  • Respond to and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the user experience
  • Identify customer needs and potential opportunities for expanded product usage
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer success and retention
