We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Success & Business Operations Coordinator to support our customer success function and wider business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and operational experience who is confident using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI to manage customer information, reporting, and workflow processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer onboarding, contract administration, supplier management, compliance activities, and document control processes while helping ensure an excellent customer and partner experience.
