About The Position

As a Customer Success Associate, you will support the growth of our North American business by helping customers successfully adopt and expand their use of our platform and services. This role bridges customer success, business development, product support, and marketing, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to the rapidly evolving eMobility ecosystem. Hubject is a leading player in the EV charging software space, committed to revolutionizing the charging experience for drivers. It is an exciting time to work alongside a global team of innovators and market leaders in the eMobility sector. This role offers some opportunities to work with major global clients including automotive OEMs, charging networks, and EVSE providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Internship or early professional experience in customer success, business development, marketing, consulting, or product support
  • Strong interest in EV chargingand/or eMobility
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal teams and customers
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in clean teach, SaaS, or automotive industries
  • Experience creating presentations, customer materials, or marketing content
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and research of new market opportunities, potential partners, and customer segments
  • Assist the business development team with prospect research, pitch preparation, and client meeting materials
  • Participate in industry outreach initiatives including webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements
  • Help maintain CRM data and track pipeline activity
  • Support business planning and strategy for the business development team
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials including case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and events
  • Support the planning and coordination of industry conferences and trade shows, including booth logistics and event communications
  • Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Support as a point of contact for customers by helping coordinate requests, questions, and follow-ups with internal teams
  • Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and product usage
  • Assist in preparing account reviews, performance updates, and customer presentations
  • Support Product and BD teams by collecting customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements
  • Assist in creating customer learning materials, product documentation, and onboarding guides
  • Help prepare training sessions, webinars, and educational content for customers and partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience
