About The Position

Nellis Auction is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join their growing online auction company. This role is crucial for providing a positive customer experience, acting as the first and last impression for customers. The ideal candidate is a people person who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves greeting customers, resolving concerns, managing appointments, verifying orders, and safely loading purchases. The Customer Success Associate will also assist with general warehouse duties and operate equipment safely.

Requirements

Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
One to two years of warehouse or customer-facing work.
Strong communication skills.
Genuinely positive attitude.
Self-motivated.
Detail-oriented.
Dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Comfort working in varying weather conditions — both indoors and outdoors.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Ability to lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to assist with team lifts for heavier items.
Ability to stand and walk for shifts of 10 to 12 hours.
Ability to perform regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling.
Comfortable working in seasonal temperature extremes.
Possess the vision capabilities necessary for order verification and safe loading, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Schedule and manage pickup appointments as needed.
Process refunds and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers arriving to retrieve their items.
Safely and efficiently load customer-purchased merchandise into vehicles.
Verify outgoing orders for accuracy before release.
Use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and confirm inventory.
Maintain organized merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
Communicate closely with the broader Customer Experience team to ensure timely, smooth pickups.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by management.
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Demonstrate Nellis Auction's core values in every customer and team interaction.
Maintain daily performance goals.
Bring a dependable, solutions-first attitude to every shift.
