Zogo is seeking a focused and highly-motivated Customer Success (CX) Account Manager to join their team in Austin, Texas. Zogo has reached over 250+ partnerships because of their fast-paced, team-oriented attitude. Their mission is to make finance fun, simple, and social while building meaningful relationships between financial institutions and their communities. The CX Account Manager will work closely with their financial institution (FI) partners to support and cultivate relationships, owning the partner lifecycle from start to finish and ensuring FI partners are satisfied with Zogo.
