About The Position

LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Associate, Corporate Insurance to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for tech savvy individuals with a strong background managing complex corporate insurance programs. The ideal candidate is energized by leveraging AI, analytics, and data to enable global enterprises to solve real world insurance challenges. This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing corporate insurance programs in a large corporate risk management department.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge with complex commercial insurance programs including alternative risk transfer (ART) techniques such as captives and retained risk is critical to success in this role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software for risk management teams.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to provide compelling solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability and confidence to communicate with both executive leadership and risk management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage complex commercial insurance knowledge and experience to evolve into a role within either the Implementation or Account Management functions within Customer Success.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to onboard new customers and increase tool usage and retention.
  • Manage projects and initiatives throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead critical demos and trainings to show prospects and customers how to solve insurance program challenges.
  • Demonstrate product subject matter expertise and resolve inquiries and request from customers.
